Scott Toby

Scott Toby joined the Hankamer School of Business in September 2023 and serves as senior graphic designer in the Office of Communications and Marketing. In his role, Scott leads creative design and visual branding efforts that support the School’s strategic priorities and manages the design and production of major marketing initiatives for academic programs and centers. He also develops brand materials, maintains design standards and collaborates across departments to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals for events, publications and campaigns.

Previously, Scott worked with Baylor University’s Division of Marketing and Communications in the University Marketing and Brand Strategy department. He brings more than 25 years of professional experience in brand identity, print and digital media, and creative strategy. Scott earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from the University of North Texas.
