Dan M. Wood, EdD, RN, MHA, FACHE, CPHQ, NE-BC, is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Economics at the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University. He serves as the program director of the Robbins Healthcare MBA.
He previously served as program director of the Army-Baylor University Program in Health and Business Administration in San Antonio, Texas. Wood is an Army veteran, retiring as a colonel after 24 years on active-duty service as a healthcare administrator and a nurse. He is licensed as a registered nurse, is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and is board-certified both as a Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and as a Nurse Executive (NE-BC).
