César Pando-Jacquez

César Pando-Jacquez is a Finance and Accounting major from El Paso, Texas. He serves as the President of Sigma Alpha Epsilon and works as a Baylor Experience and Admissions Representative, leading campus tours for prospective students and their families. César has previously served as a Money Management Coach, helping students strengthen their financial literacy, and is a VITA-certified volunteer, assisting individuals with free tax preparation through the IRS program.

César is passionate about private equity, venture capital, and helping businesses grow through strategic and financial insight. Through the Baylor Angel Network, he hopes to deepen his understanding of early-stage investing, deal evaluation, and value creation in entrepreneurial ventures.
