Professional Summary
Scot Sanders began his career in membership development with the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce, where he earned multiple national sales rankings and awards. He later held roles in employer relations at Colorado State University and business development positions in the aviation and hospitality industries. Immediately prior to coming to Baylor, Scot was a licensed real estate sales agent, achieving multi-million-dollar annual sales recognition. He joined Baylor University in 2017 as assistant director of admissions, managing admissions processes, recruitment strategies, and student engagement primarily for the Full-Time MBA and MS programs. He routinely serves in an adjunct faculty role for the Online MBA. He completed his Master of Management Practice at Colorado State University and holds a BBA in Marketing from Baylor University.
